Prestige Hand Made Bespoke Wooden Pens

All the turned pens seen here are individually hand made from carefully selected wood. Or at least the body of the pen is wood with fittings of other materials. Paul uses oil or a lacquer as a finish on the wood. The finishes used have the benefit that they are in the wood, not on it so it doesn’t wear off. In fact the finish gets better with use. The choice of finish also leaves the wood in contact with your hand. It has the warmth and feel you only get from a wooden pen! Each pen is unique and exclusive. Nobody else will have one the same as yours!

Wood for pens

It is possible to use almost any wood to make a pen but for something special, Paul looks out for choice pieces of wood with interesting grain or figure or an extra special piece of burr.
